How long do I retain access to purchased courses?
You get lifetime access to all materials for the purchased course. If we update lessons, your access includes those updates.
What supplies do I need to begin?
Start with smooth, light-colored worsted yarn and 4.5–5.0 mm needles. As your skills grow, courses specify specialized tools if needed.
How are levels defined?
Beginner builds foundations. Intermediate introduces shaping, pattern reading, and finishing. Advanced tackles complex structures, lace, and custom design.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer refunds within 14 days if you have not completed more than 25% of the course. See Terms for details.
Can I gift a course?
Absolutely. Purchase normally and forward the access email to the recipient, or contact us to set a specific activation date.
What are the technical requirements?
A modern browser, reliable internet, and a screen width of at least 360 px. Closed captions are provided for all videos.
Do you issue certificates?
We issue a completion certificate with a rubric summary and hours logged. While not an academic credit, it documents your progress.
How does “Fallows” work?
Click the star in the Catalog to add a course to Fallows (your favorites). Items are stored in your browser’s localStorage, not on our servers.
